Market Sales Rep - Caloundra Markets

We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic and passionate sales staff to run two of our core Sunshine Coast markets this summer, selling the ever-popular Archies Arch Support Thongs, Slides & Insoles:

✅ Caloundra Street Fair – every Sunday
✅ Caloundra Twilight Markets – last Friday of the month

There’s potential for more work and scope if you’re keen.

About Noosa Footwear Co.

Become part of an established business that represents and distributes Archies Footwear across QLD and Australia. Archies are a best-selling product with proven demand, excellent customer loyalty, and fantastic repeat business.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opening and a great chance for the right person to take charge of two of the busiest Sunshine Coast markets.

We’ve been operating at markets for over 7 years and know firsthand that this is a lucrative and rewarding involvement.

What You’ll Do

• Set up the stall to brand guidelines and sell Archies products
• Engage with customers, explain the product benefits, and drive sales
• Handle cash/card payments, track stock and report sales
• Represent Archies with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Must be prepared to work weekends and evenings
• Honest, reliable, and accountable
• Strong communication & people skills
• Friendly, confident and engaging personality
• Previous retail sales experience is highly regarded
• Able to work independently and stay consistent
• Car (mid-sized or SUV preferred) to carry gear
• Secure space to store stock/gear when not at markets
• Basic Microsoft Excel/Word skills

Pay & Start

• Commission-based (strong earning potential with proven sales)
• Start date: Immediate
